About Us

PTOP-Con-Connection Inc. is a Cooperative Coaching and educational Non-Profit Organization for ex-offenders and their families, offering Life Coaching services for preparatory transitioning back into society. We are purposed and committed to individual and group sessions to reduce recidivism. Our mission statement is” Changing Lives One Mind at a Time” because we believe it relies on the individual commitment to a renewed view of life as well as Family and Friends incorporating the Community support and resources, all of which fostering safer communities. We assist in finding boarding solutions, assessing educational needs, medical needs, social needs while improving opportunities for employment through focused individual and group sessions on the needs and wants of employers within the City so they too can appreciate all that the city has to offer.
Proverbs 19:21, many, are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.

We offer what few are willing too, and that is our Time and Knowledge, most importantly compassion for the needs of our community. To participate, they must demonstrate they are coachable, can learn and listen, strong motivation, sound character, emotional stability, and a willingness to participate fully in their success within the community and during coaching and mentoring. PTOP is founded on the belief that a healthy community finds common ground with transitioning ex-offenders while embracing the fact that it will take a combined effort to make a difference. Therefore, accepts a racially, ethnically, religiously, economically diverse body of citizens while relying on the generosity of the State, City, local businesses and public charity in giving to operate successfully. Con-Connections enrollees are expected to respect one another and the rule of law to achieve a brighter future.
Ezra 10:4, Arise, for it is your task, and we are with you; be strong and do it.”
